I'm extremely laid back, but perhaps the farthest from lazy that you've ever seen a human being get. I love running in the sun, being in the midst of an asana, reading a fascinating book, devouring fruit, knowing truth health, and reporting on things that need to be known. In short, I strive to live with gusto. I don't believe in letting problems lie unsolved, nor in resting before the days work is done, but I think I know how to value the quiet moments in life.

I'm a reporter by profession, but I just graduated from college in May of 2007, so I'm new to the working world. I love writing, and am especially interesting in talking to people who are published reporters and authors,  especially freelancers.

I'm very interested in the environment and the idea of living consciously, I agree with Socrates that the unexamined life is not worth living, and am always seeking to really think about how I live and how I can improve myself.
